Shipping Details

Wall Arts are dispatched between 1 and 3 business days from order confirmation.

Glass Wall Arts are made to individual order.
The orders are dispatched between 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

When your order is ready to ship, we provide the tracking details and you receive an information e-mail. You can check online where your item is and estimated time of arrival.

All Items are shipped via DHL Express, Fedex or other express couriers.

Orders will be delivered to your door within 2-3 business days. You'll get a text and email the evening before to let you know it's due for arrival the next day. If you are unavailable to get your package on that time, you'll have the option to reschedule for a different date or leave it with your neighbour.

DHL Express does not collect the orders on weekends and Bank Holidays. They work Monday to Friday.

No shipping fee all around the world except Australia & New Zeland

Orders to the U.S.A. / CANADA and AUSTRALIA:

Items are shipped via Express shipping with tracking and will arrive in 1-3 business days.

Orders to INTERNATIONAL countries:

Items are shipped with Express shipping with tracking and will arrive in 1-4 business days.

Orders to EAST ASIAN COUNTRIES:

Items to China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan are shipped with Express shipping. Estimated delivery time for the package you've ordered is 2-6 days (depending on your current country). If you need something sooner, please contact us and we can arrange this for an additional fee. Once your package has been shipped we will notify you via email right away.

***Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot determine what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to MyWallDeco due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund, gift card or requested exchange due.

Missed Parcels

Any items not delivered due to the recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to MyWallDeco, we will then issue a refund of goods minus our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.

Undelivered Items

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package to you. We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. We will always do our best to help this process along when contacted.

Incorrect or Wrong address

If you have misspelt or auto-filled your address incorrectly, we can correct it before item sent. Notify us immediately via email at info@mywalldeco.com, otherwise we are not responsible.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom orders can not be returned or cancelled once your order confirmed.

To start a return, you need to contact us at info@mywalldeco.com We will get some information about product. If your return is accepted, you can dispatch the item back to us. Return shipping fee is belong to customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Remember that all products offered on Mywalldeco.com are made to individual customer's order (you choose the pattern and the size).

These products are not pre-made and stored, so the right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to our products. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will try to remedy this. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority!

Please remember;
Actual product colours may vary differences from colours shown on your screen due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. All photos of products were taken at professional photography environment.

Also we strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Mywalldeco will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Damages and issues
If you suspect that your items were damaged while being shipped or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@mywalldeco.com immediately and provide us with some photos of the package/box and damaged items as a proof to can file a claim with the delivery company. Your email must be sent within 48 hours, later complaints will not be considered.

After your request, we will make a claim for lost or damaged item. We provide the photos you sent and explain the situation to the delivery company. After investigation if they accept the responsibility, we will contact you right away with information regarding what to do next.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
